Manoneet Dalal

Manoneet Dalal is a legal and financial advisory professional with more than two decades of experience spanning transfer pricing, international taxation, tax controversy, cross-border transactions, public administration and corporate governance.

He holds an LL.M. from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). His professional work has included advising multinational enterprises, handling complex transfer-pricing and tax controversy matters, and developing analytical approaches to cross-border pricing and business models.

He has worked with leading professional-services organisations and is associated with published works including Transfer Pricing Digest and Transfer Pricing Law and Practice in India.

At Hexa Advisors, his focus includes financial modelling, valuation, transaction analysis, cross-border advisory, strategic initiatives and the development of specialist knowledge platforms including HexaTP and HexaBull.

Gyan Prakash Srivastava

Gyan Prakash Srivastava is a senior transfer pricing and cross-border advisory professional with over two decades of experience in global documentation, litigation, BEPS compliance, policy design and multinational business models.

He holds an MBA and LL.B. and has worked with leading professional-services firms including PwC and Deloitte. His experience includes advising on transfer-pricing policies, documentation, controversy, benchmarking and the commercial design of cross-border business arrangements.

At Hexa Advisors, he contributes to cross-border policy, transaction analysis, financial and commercial benchmarking, international operating models and specialist transfer-pricing work through HexaTP.

Jai Singh Dalal

Jai Singh Dalal is a retired government professional with substantial administrative and institutional experience. His background brings a public-systems, governance and implementation perspective to the leadership of Hexa Advisors Limited.

He holds an LL.B. and an M.A. in Political Science. Over the course of his government career, he gained experience in administration, public processes, institutional coordination, regulatory environments and implementation of policy at the operating level.
